Here at SCOTT & SCARCE we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We do our best to provide accurate images and descriptions online. If for any reason you are not happy, you are welcome to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange.

Please choose carefully when ordering your clothing or products, ensuring you check size guides, product description and images provided.

Goods supplied as ordered (correctly) will not be refunded unless the product is faulty or is significantly different to those shown in pictures or in the product description. We will exchange/repair any goods that arrive faulty or damaged, or the product is significantly different as shown or described.

Faulty goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt of stock/notification of fault or damage (along with the Return Authorization Form for Value-Added Garments) for inspection before a refund or replacement of stock will be issued. We may need to have the item assessed by the manufacturer to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange.
