Shipping / Delivery

Australian Deliveries:

A shipping fee of $14.00 applies to all Australian orders, regardless of how many pieces you purchase.

All orders are shipped via express post and are generally delivered 4-5 business days after order is placed. We recommend placing orders before 12 noon Monday for delivery before the weekend.

It is recommended that your parcel be sent to an address where someone can receive it between 9am – 5pm. If delivery is attempted while no one is at your specified shipping address, Australia Post will leave a card directing you to your local post office to make the collection.

International Deliveries:

Scott and Scarce delivers all international orders using Australia Post.

International orders are charged a flat rate of $30 as a standard shipping charge, regardless of how many pieces you purchase.

International orders will have an approximate delivery time frame of 7-14 business days, depending upon your location.

When orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Please note: Scott and Scarce cannot be held responsible for any possible duties or taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. We are also unfortunately unable to mark any international order as a ‘gift’, due to law prohibitions.
